What You Bring

-Strong understanding of energy systems, design practices, and project delivery methods. -Minimum of 10 years of experience in an applicable field or discipline, with strong knowledge of substation and power generation systems. -Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, or related field preferred (associate degree with equivalent experience considered). -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. -At least 6 years supervising technical personnel with proven leadership and mentoring skills. -Ability to manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
