Tasks

-Partner with our technicians and other support staff to ensure their success through a servant-minded dispatch approach -Monitor technician performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement to their management -Identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts -Train and mentor new dispatchers, fostering a positive and supportive team environment -Schedule and dispatch qualified technicians based on skillset, availability, and job urgency -Receive and prioritize customer service requests for various home services (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC) -Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs and customer interactions -Communicate effectively with customers and technicians, ensuring clear and timely updates

But what really sets us apart is our people. -Proven track record of consistency and reliability in previous roles -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatching software, bonus points if you have Service Titan Experience! -Valid driver's license and reliable transportation -Proven track record of exceeding customer service expectation -Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure -Experience in the home services industry -Minimum 2 years of trades dispatching experience -Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills -2 years of experience working on a PC and Business Phone handling Basic admin duties/reporting -Schedule will be Monday thru Friday and will include a rotating Saturday (6:30AM - 2:30PM) Saturdays are the only work from home day. To work from home, must have your own computer with 2 monitors and a hardwired internet connection.
