Tasks
-Coordinates submittals and RFI’s with Field Engineer or responsible design professionals. Recommends solutions to any issues that arise -Ensures Quality is upheld daily and punch lists are generated and completed in a timely manner -Coordinates with Quality Control and Document Control to ensure the timely review and processing of, shop drawings and required submittals in a timely manner -Ensures all project closeout documentation, including project as-builts are continuously maintained -Maintains a thorough knowledge and understanding of the company’s project processes, procedures, and policies and is responsible for enforcing the use and conformance thereof -Responsible for communicating and upholding safety culture and safety policies and procedures throughout the project -Participates in continuous improvement plans as directed and/or through proactive application of personal expertise -Responsible for subcontract pay applications reviews and approvals -Coordinates, communicates, and documents changes in scope of work. Responsible for capturing and communicating any schedule, quality, or cost associated with changes -Monitors the training of all Construction staff -Assists in preparation of all project status reports -Develops and maintains continuous positive relationships with the Client and their representatives -Champions Safety, Quality, Regulatory Compliance and The Collaborative Way -Works with Procurement in scope of work development and the solicitation and pre-qualification of Subcontractors and Suppliers. Responsible for all technical evaluations of bid proposals and overall scope ownership -Ensures that Project Controls are maintaining the Contract Documents. Ensures they are at all times up-to-date, with all revised drawings, addenda, and Change Orders -Prepares and manages construction schedule and daily planning of work -Promotes positive staff morale, professionalism and attitude, and assists to resolve potential deficiencies when identified or perceived

What You Bring
-Experience in Data Center construction is required -Be intimately familiar with Subcontractor scope of work, Subcontract Agreements, and Design Documents, for the ownership of construction execution on time and within budget -Management experience within the construction industry -High School Diploma or GED required -OSHA 10 required / OSHA 30 preferred -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field is preferred -Construction Project Management experience is required -5+ years as a Senior Project Manager or 20+ years of construction experience -Must be able to communicate technical material to other technical stake holders and to a non-technical audience
