The Role
Overview
Design and deliver HVAC technical training, support staff, and oversee programs at two locations.

Tasks
-Offer specific technical training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills. -Provide assistance and site visit if needed for customer concerns on technical inquiries after multiple warranty or callbacks. -Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen. -Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness and file documentation. -Provide support on nights and weekends to technicians that are running into technical difficulties and coach through diagnostic if needed, or discuss what issue could be. -Administers written and practical exams and writes performance reports to evaluate trainees' performance. -Evaluate training materials used for instruction, such as outlines, texts, or handouts. -Develop or implement training programs related to efficiency, recycling, or other issues with environmental impacts. -Lectures class on safety, installation, programming, maintenance, machinery, and equipment, following outline, handouts, and texts. -Design, schedule, and administer meetings, classes, and demonstrations to conduct training. -Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, guides, or course materials, such as handouts or visual materials. -Maintains quality training by establishing and enforcing organization standards of practice and protocol. -Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts. -Devise programs to develop maximum potential among employees in lower-level technician positions. -Monitor and record tool Co-Op program. Maintain policies in accordance with our Program. -Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. -Keep current with developments in area of expertise by reading current publications, books, articles, etc. -Writes training programs, including outlines, text, handouts, and tests. -Attend meeting or seminars to obtain information for use in training programs or to inform management of training program status. -Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. -Conducts course feedback evaluation to determine measurements of training success or areas of improvement.

What You Bring
-EPA 608 and Lead Renovator Certification preferred. -High school GED or equivalent -Minimum 5 years Training & Development experience -Strong customer service and communication skills -Minimum 7 years Residential HVAC Service experience -Clean and neat appearance
