Our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager – Construction Management with a PE license and strong DOT experience to lead transportation projects across North Dakota. This key role involves managing complex projects, building client relationships, driving business development, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates can work from Fargo, Bismarck, or Williston, with remote options within the state. -Bachelor's in civil engineering (required) -20+ years of DOT and construction management experience -U.S. work authorization required -Willingness to travel; must pass background and substance screening -Deliver high-quality results with strong leadership and communication -Proven leadership, communication, and project delivery skills -PE license (required); PMP preferred
