What You Bring

-Physical dexterity. -High school diploma or equivalent required. -A Valid Driver’s License and clean Motor Vehicle Report. -Must be willing to operate a company vehicle. -Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods. -1 year of experience installing duct or equipment without assistance in residential homes. -Must be able to lift up to 50 to 100 lbs. at times. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Must be self-motivated and driven to get the job done quickly and to the best of their ability. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Must possess hand tools and power tools to execute job duties. -Must complete tasks, as assigned, within the company’s standard timeframe. -Skilled in the use of hand tools, testing equipment, and safe installation of new and replacement parts. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
