Tasks

Providing exceptional service to every potential resident - ensuring a seamless, positive experience. As a Lettings Consultant, you'll take charge of the lettings journey from start to finish - meeting prospective tenants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth move-in process. You'll be covering developments around Northampton, so a driving licence and your own car are essential (mileage is fully reimbursed). Conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and closing lettings to hit key occupancy and income targets. Showcasing stunning, newly built family homes and helping customers find their perfect match. Delivering regular lettings performance updates to your manager. Organised, proactive, and detail-driven - you'll stay on top of systems, data, and deadlines. Feeding back on marketing and pricing trends to the wider team.
