  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
  • Tailor the program to our risk profile and AUSTRAC expectations.
  • Oversee and coordinate compliance with AML/CTF obligations.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and systems operate effectively.
  • Deliver AML/CTF training to staff.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining our AML/CTF Program.
  • Monitor transactions and customer activity for suspicious behaviour.
  • Promote a strong compliance culture across the organisation.
  • Report AML/CTF risks and compliance concerns to senior leadership.
  • Submit SMRs, TTRs, and other reports to AUSTRAC.
  • Ensure documentation meets AUSTRAC’s requirements.
  • Manage audits, feedback, and compliance queries with AUSTRAC.

  • Experience in a regulated financial or legal environment.
  • Familiarity with Tranche 2 obligations for real estate.
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred.
  • Ability to interpret legislation and regulatory guidance.

  • Australian resident or valid working visa.
  • Proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in AML/CTF compliance or financial crime risk management.
  • Strong understanding of AUSTRAC’s AML/CTF framework and recent reforms.
