Continuous learning and adaptation to changing market conditions are essential for achieving and maintaining success in this role. -Consistent Sales Performance: A successful New Customer Concierge Professional is expected to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating a track record of delivering results and contributing to Vivint’s revenue growth. -Able to work Full-time (schedule is flexible) -Proficient with basic computer functions and ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately -Must be at least 18 years old -Must obtain a Burglar Alarm License through the Division of Occupations and Professional Licensing with the State of Utah (paid for by Vivint) -Effective Communication New Customer Concierge Professionals must be able to explain complex product offerings in a simple and persuasive manner, ensuring that customers fully understand the value of resigning with Vivint and how they address their unique needs.
