Overview

Manage project accounting, billing, and financial reporting using Dynamics.

Tasks

-Comply with ISO requirements. -Project accounting to include: Microsoft Dynamics project setup, monthly billing and AR processes, contract and billing file setup and archiving, assist with financial monitoring and vendor invoice processing. -Interface with project managers, analysts, clients, and vendors. -Assist with client monthly reporting. -Provide support to the Operations Manager, Regional Practice Leader, and Project Managers.

What You Bring

-Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting required or Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting plus 3-5 years of related -Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are critical. -AEC Industry firm experience is preferred, (Architecture, Engineering or Construction) -For internal applicants, in accepting this position, it is understood that continued employment is contingent upon a satisfactory background check. -Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus. -Ability to contribute within team that includes a variety of services, clients, and personalities. -Understand and adhere to GAAP/FAR rules and regulations as related to KCI billing. -All final applicants selected for this position are required to undergo drug screening as a condition of employment and a satisfactory background check. -Basic understanding of accounting and finance. -Must understand financial concepts. -Experience with development and use of spreadsheets in order to prepare invoices and project tracking.
