Lead commissioning for electrical/mechanical vendors in a data centre project.

Tasks

-Organise/ Attend and provide input to Daily/ Weekly Cx meetings, Internally and vendors. -Conducting of all day to day on site commissioning operations -Coordination with Project AP Dept to achieve common objectives. -Witnessing of all vendor Cx activities against approved project documentation -Supervision of and possible attendance for Electrical Vendor FAT’s and FWT’s. -Conducting Commissioning Tagging process and procedures. -Ensure Compliance with work scope. -Supervision and reporting on Cx Programme and deadline progress. -Communication of deadlines and Cx programme Milestones. -Track and obtain approval on relevant project Cx documents such as Test Scripts, Compliance statements etc -Monitor delivery of scope. -Form and update weekly Cx Vendor progress reports for onward submission to Cx management. -Coordinate with Project QAQC Dept to achieve common objectives. -Track receipt of, review and compliance of project CX documentation to achieve the necessary CX level sign off -Supervision of Commissioning related tasks for all Electrical and Mechanical Vendors.

What You Bring

-Experience of working on LV/MV or HV systems with commissioning experience. -Electrical Testing & Verification with a minimum 3 years’ experience. -Relevant certificates in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or an Electrical Trade with relevant training and experience e.g NVQ -Construction experience / understanding required with safety experience. -Minimum of 7 Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects is desirable.
