-Contribute to the national Building Consultancy strategy and senior leadership discussions. -Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, quality, and client care. -Provide technical leadership and strategic input on complex instructions. -Collaborate closely with the Project Management division to provide an integrated service offering. -Lead, develop, and grow the Building Surveying service line in London, aligning with the wider business strategy. -Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across the region. -Deliver high-quality professional and project-led Building Surveying services to a diverse client base.
