Tasks

"1. Achieve sales target for Andhra region for Low Voltage Products and solutions 8. Maintain updated intelligence on competitors, pricing , products and channel developments. 4. Map & target new customers /projects/expansions in the assigned territory. 6. Get Approvals from OEM, PB, End Users, Consultants and utilities. 10. Work closely with business development team and successfully negotiate project sales. 7. Provide technical support to partners / customers on products and applications. 5. Effectively pursue, make proposals and close sales in close coordination with Business Development Team. The primary function is to implement the go to market strategy for the business, drive key customer relationships, key customer negotiations and channel engagement activities to achieve sales, profit and market share goals. 2. Responsible for empanelment of our full PD solutions 3. Identify and appoint Channel Partners / Integrators for the identified products. 9. Ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

Solid negotiation skills and market intelligence Bachelor’s Degree with Master’s degree is highly desirable Minimum of 8 – 13 years field sales experience Requires product application knowledge for switchgear (ACB’s, MCCB’s Control Products, LV Drives & Soft Starters, MCB’s,Distribution Boards ), switchboards, circuit breaker components, and/or motor control centers as well as working knowledge of the electrical industry
