Tasks

-Organize crews, delegate job responsibilities, and verify that all appropriate equipment is available onsite to complete the job safely. -Follows directions of manager and clarifies responsibilities, if needed. -Engages with prospects and clients and vendors to determine their needs, recommending services that align with these requirements. -Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations. -Follows directions of manager / lead / superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed. -Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program -Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations. -Responsible for the supervision of a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup, etc. in a plant-based setting. -Actively champions a positive workplace and safety culture. -Demonstrates the functionality and benefits of services tailored to customer needs, emphasizing practical value and application. -Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.

What You Bring

-Adaptable in methods used to complete task. -Class B CDL is preferred, but not required. -Excellent communication skills - maintaining professionalism when communicating with staff and prospective employees alike. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Ability to write reports and business correspondence. -Ability to problem solve and develop solutions. -Must have two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience. -Candidate must be knowledgeable of different high-pressure hydro blast equipment including the different tips and pressures ranging from 10,000 psi- 40,000 psi. -Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. -Ability to work independently. -Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. -Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, other contractors, and clients. -Ability to read, analyze, and address complex data or situations. -Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly. -Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. -Respects self, co-workers, managers, company, and prospective employees. -Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures. -Must be able to fulfill essential job functions in a consistent state of alertness and in a safe manner. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.
