Tasks

-Accurately prepare daily traffic recap and activity sheets. -Provide timely responses to questions submitted to the community website. -In conventional communities, demonstrate models to visitors, explaining their features and benefits. -Make appointments with the Online Sales Specialist or Sales Consultant. -Attend sales training, as required. -Greet and direct visitors to model homes and/or to office. -Tabulate specific information on guest registration forms. -Distribute current price lists to guests. -Maintain sales center appearance.
