Tasks

-Utilize conventional and unconventional sourcing channels including job boards, social media, AI tools, and CRM platforms. -Conduct market intelligence research to identify talent trends, competitor insights, and sourcing opportunities. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS and CRM systems. -Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent across the Middle East. -Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth scheduling across time zones and stakeholders. -Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and deliver strategic sourcing solutions. -Promote Johnson Controls’ Employer Value Proposition (EVP) across sourcing channels. -Manage applicant funnels effectively to ensure timely progression through the recruitment process. -Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and feedback.

What You Bring

-Advanced LinkedIn sourcing skills and familiarity with Boolean search techniques. -Proven success in sourcing for roles in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Sales domains. -Experience in managing candidate experience and interview logistics in a fast-paced environment. -Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams. -Deep understanding of Middle East recruitment dynamics, cultural nuances, and talent availability. -Expertise in building and managing candidate pipelines using both active and passive sourcing techniques. -5+ years of recruitment or talent sourcing experience, with a strong focus on the Middle East market. -Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. -Experience with diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Proficiency in using ATS, CRM, market intelligence platforms, and AI tools for recruitment. -Prior experience in a Global Talent Acquisition or Sourcing setup.
