Full-time MIG welder for fabrication shift 6am-2pm, $28/hr + $125/day per diem.

Ideal candidates are confident in their welding skills, able to read blueprints, and comfortable in a fast-paced shop environment. -Proficient with common shop tools (grinders, band saws, calipers, plasma cutter, torch, etc.) -Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and occasionally aluminum per blueprint requirements -Strong communication skills -Able to read and interpret blueprints -Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs regularly -5+ years MIG welding experience required -AWS D1.1 / D1.6 / D1.2 certifications preferred -In-position welding -Operate forklift (training may be provided) -Blueprint reading -Ability to identify material types and thicknesses -Ability to pass weld test: -Strong shop math and problem-solving skills -MIG .035 hard wire
