The Role

Overview

Conduct geophysical field tests, maintain equipment, and report data for construction projects.

Tasks

-Monitor the performance of all TWE equipment to identify maintenance and repair needs -Complete all required paperwork, including daily reports, safety paperwork, and vehicle & equipment inspections -Analyzing geophysical findings, identifying potential issues and resolutions. -Reporting data findings to managers during presentations and meetings. -Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including equipment and job site areas -You may be asked the assist with other duties as needed such as assisting drilling operations and geotechnical logging. -Turn in all required paperwork to office on a daily basis -Develop and maintain a working knowledge of all TWE equipment and field operations -Maintaining geophysical data integrity and ensuring regulation and standards compliance. -Attend all safety meetings and comply with both TWE and client safety standards and programs -Performing geophysical exploration fieldwork using the necessary equipment.

What You Bring

-Willing to work diligently and take ownership over work whether project is small or large -Basic Plus -Physically complete labor-intensive projects assigned by the Department Manager/Project Coordinator/Project Manager -Able to physically implement work duties assigned in various weather elements -Able to read and write in English -Able to pass an initial, random, and annual hair follicle drug test -Geology or Geophysics Bachelor's Degree -Able to physically implement any changes and conduct maintenance to equipment, which will require heavy lifting -Able to pass a background check -Mechanically inclined -Available for frequent travel PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS -Hold a Texas Driver’s License and maintain a clean driving record -Able to facilitate positive, professional customer relations -TWIC card -Willing to learn, ask questions, and offer new ideas and suggestions
