-Develop and maintain automation scripts and tool integrations to streamline platform workflows. -Collaborate on proof-of-concepts for new platform components and tooling enhancements. -Provide day-to-day technical support to DevOps teams, diagnosing and resolving platform issues. -Document best practices, runbooks, and operate knowledge-sharing sessions.

What You Bring

-Proficient in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). -Excellent troubleshooting skills with monitoring/observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, ELK). -Effective communicator and trainer, passionate about documentation and knowledge transfer. -Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). -Working knowledge of cloud platforms and AI (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation). -Strong hands-on experience (3+ years) with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
