Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale data‑center construction projects.

Tasks

-Maintain client/commercial management and executive reporting cadence. -Lead overall schedule, cost forecasting, change management, and cash flow. -Manage contracts, RFIs, submittals, procurement of long-lead MEP/equipment. -Coordinate CSA/MEP trades, commissioning, integration, and phased turnover. -Drive preconstruction: scope, budgets/GMPs, buyout strategy, risk and value analysis. -Champion safety and quality; closeout, punch, warranty handoff.

What You Bring

Other Travel as required; on-site leadership presence expected. -Tools: Procore, P6/MSP, Bluebeam; strong cost/schedule literacy. -PE/PMP/LEED a plus. -(SrPM 10–15+) with mission-critical/DC, semiconductor, or advanced MFG. -Tier III/IV, Uptime/IST exposure; owner/developer interface; design-assist. -Proven GMP delivery; complex MEP/commissioning experience.
