Tasks

-Prepare and present candidate summaries and profiles to clients. -Support contract and direct hire recruitment needs across multiple disciplines. -Build and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates. -Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes. -Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. -Partner with hiring managers and account teams to understand client requirements and role expectations. -Manage the full recruitment life cycle — from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.

What You Bring

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 0–2 years of experience who is eager to build a career in recruitment and learn how to manage both contract and direct hire staffing needs across a variety of industries. -0–2 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience (agency or internal). -Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn. -Experience with an ATS or CRM system a plus (e.g., Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed). -Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment. -Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
