-Conducting weekly on-site quality assurance inspections across maintained facilities -Managing refrigerant inventory and usage to ensure regulatory compliance -Responding to emergency situations with appropriate technical solutions -Supporting operations management with performance metrics and technical reporting -Training and onboarding new technicians in maintenance procedures and company protocols -Preparing technical evaluations and deficiency reports on existing mechanical systems -Providing expert technical guidance and troubleshooting support for HVAC/R systems

What You Bring

-Background in commercial building operations -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Corrigo facility management system -Excellent communication skills for training and mentoring team members -Minimum 6 years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering -Strong technical background in HVAC/R systems, specifically rack refrigeration -Valid driver's license for traveling between client sites -Experience with preventive maintenance program implementation -Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed -Knowledge of energy efficiency best practices for HVAC systems -EPA certification for refrigerant handling -Experience with capital project planning and implementation
