Overview

Manage and control all project interfaces for a large Saudi Arabia infrastructure project.

Tasks

-Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for interface inquiries, coordinating responses and ensuring clear communication flow between the construction teams, client representatives, and necessary regulatory authorities in KSA. -Interface Governance: Develop, implement, and maintain the Project-specific Interface Management Plan (IMP), procedures, and protocols in strict accordance with PMO standards. -Identification & Documentation: Lead the identification, documentation, and continuous update of the Master Interface Register (MIR) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) across all project disciplines (Civil, Structural, MEP, Systems, etc.). -Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify and track potential interface conflicts and dependencies that impact the schedule or scope. Facilitate and lead technical working groups and coordination meetings to drive timely resolution. -System Integrity: Ensure the consistent and accurate use of the project's dedicated Interface Management System (IMS) for all documentation and tracking. -Reporting & Metrics: Prepare and present regular, data-driven interface status reports, logs, and dashboards for the PMO leadership, highlighting critical interface risks, resolution status, and schedule impacts. -Cross-Contract Alignment: Coordinate and ensure alignment of technical and logistical dependencies between the General Contractors (GCs), multiple design consultants, and internal project teams.

What You Bring

-Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient with dedicated Interface Management software (e.g., Coreworx, BIM platforms, etc.). -Regional Experience: Prior experience working on complex projects in the Middle East, ideally in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), with an understanding of local regulatory processes. -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field). -Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Project Management, Design Coordination, or Interface Management on large-scale infrastructure, transport, or complex building projects. -Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of multidisciplinary construction workflows and the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and contractual scope boundaries. -PMO Familiarity: Proven experience operating within a highly structured Project Management Office (PMO) or Program Management Consultant (PMC) environment.
