The Role
Overview
Manage scheduling, coordination, and quality of structural/architectural construction projects.

Tasks
-Coordinate and schedule project inspections -Maintain “As Built” drawings for final submittal -Quality control of installed materials and Equipment -Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore) -Complete “3‐week look ahead schedule” and update master schedule with PCM -Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding project progress, S/C performance, QA/QC and reporting -Control project access and traffic -Site layout and control of benchmarks -Coordinate safety meetings and overall responsibility for project safety -Permit document administration and control -Coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing

What You Bring
-Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Programs and Document -Complete review and understanding of subcontractor’s scope of work -Experience in projects greater than $20 million -10+ years of experience as a construction Superintendent -Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control -Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) -Prior experience with data center projects is required. -Willingness to travel through the US -Minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing Structural / Architecture scope of work on new build ground up construction projects is required. -OSHA Certification - In depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures -minimum 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent - In lieu of degree, 10+ years of work experience. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field -Final inspection and proper close‐out documentation -Superior communication and organization skills, especially when managing subcontractors and inspectors -Bilingual (English/Spanish)
