  • Obtains accurate and timely program schedule updates from project teams and performs QA/QC on information received
  • Prepares ad-hoc reports and analyses as directed by management
  • Monitors and actively participates in project and program scheduling issues while administering best practices and standards
  • Creates and develops conceptual what-if schedules for multiple project types including large complex multi-year projects
  • Performs Critical Path analyses and Earned Value analyses
  • Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects of various types

We will take work experience into consideration, but candidates with degrees have preference.

Graduation from a recognized college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, (Engineering, or Construction Management).

We have openings for Primavera Schedulers, (P6), in the entry to senior level supporting construction projects within the greater Los Angeles. Must have field experience and able to travel to a variety of construction sites. This will be supporting one of our clients, Los Angeles Unified School District, so school construction experience is a "must have" skill.

  • Ability to build efficient working relationships with project teams and department staff
  • Superior organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 15.1 or above and MS Office Suite
  • 5-10 years full time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an owner or General Contractor, preferably working on public works projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build project delivery methods

Benefits

NO PER DIEM. These are on-site, long-term jobs with full benefits. You will need to physically be in Southern California. There are NO relocation funds assigned to this position.

These are onsite 5-days a week jobs so you must live in greater Los Angeles county. These are NOT REMOTE or HYBRID jobs.
