What You Bring

-Ability to lead and work in cross-functional multi-cultural teams -Individual must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. -Must be able to simultaneously manage several objectives, and reassign priorities -Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. -Ability to inspire, motivate and influence diverse global teams -Ability perform cycle counting as needed -Individual must be able to express and/or exchange ideas by means of listening and using spoken word -Individual must have the visual acuity to perform essential job functions -High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required -Prior experience or knowledge with SAP system. -Individual may be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, push and/or pull. -Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form -Ability to operate forklift and electrical pallet jack as needed. -Ability to perform documentation within a WMS -Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision -Ability to understand inputs and outputs of inventory systems -No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Santa Ana, CA location. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation -Ability to coordinate with team lead, inventory workers, and material handlers to solve various issues. -Prior experience with Microsoft applications -5+ years of experience in a warehouse environment -Ability to solve complex practical problems -Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without out company sponsorship, now or in the future -Ability to deal with a wide variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists -Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions. -Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent, and to draw and interpret graphs and charts. -Ability to effective use ERP systems and basic Microsoft applications (excel) -Previous experience performing cycle counts with inventory -Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines -Ability to work cross functional across plants -2+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment -Ability to find lost inventory items
