Lead strategic sourcing & procurement for North American electrolyzer systems

Tasks
-You will contribute to long-term sourcing strategies that support competitiveness, scalability, and resilience -You will define and manage work packages, aligning commercial frameworks, technical specs, and delivery milestones -You will act as key interface between engineering, suppliers, and project teams to ensure scope clarity and execution readiness -You will identify and mitigate commercial and technical risks early in the project lifecycle -You will initiate and support cost reduction and value engineering initiatives across the supply base -You will drive supplier negotiations to optimize cost, timeline, and quality across multiple interfaces -You will take ownership of the strategic sourcing and localization of our electrolyzer systems for the North American market -You will shape supplier relationships, drive commercial outcomes and align technical scopes with packaging partners across North America -You will lead strategic procurement for electrolyzer modules, adapting a European design to meet U.S. standards and requirements

What You Bring
-You hold a degree in engineering (e.g., process, chemical, environmental) or a commercial field with strong technical affinity, enabling you to lead complex procurement and industrial system projects with confidence -You operate with a high degree of ownership, structure, and business sense — combining technical understanding with a clear focus on commercial strategies -You have 10+ years of experience in the design and execution of process or power plants, ideally within Oil & Gas, hydrogen, or other gas-related technologies -Regular updates and transparent communication -You are well-versed in process circuit design, gas supply/disposal systems, and the practical application of international engineering standards -You bring a strong track record in developing technical specification packages and leading supplier negotiations — especially with system integrators and packagers
