Tasks

-You will articulate JCI offerings, strategize sales approaches, and ensure customer retention and growth of assigned accounts -Develop long-term customer relationships with consulting engineers, design & build contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators to create a pipeline for the EMEA region -Responsibilities include building partnering relationships, maintaining frequent contact with customers, optimizing and leading technical specifications throughout the JCI portfolio, leading collaborative efforts with regional offices, conducting technical presentations, and providing feedback to management -Maximize account penetration by leveraging Johnson Controls’ broad portfolio of building solutions

What You Bring

-A proven sales track record, adaptability in a consultative approach, and the ability to travel 25%-50% of the time -Preferred qualifications include five years of experience in the data centre industry and an existing network in the field -Required skills include experience in HVAC (thermal management), Building Management Systems/Controls, Fire Detection/Suppression, or Security
