Administer contracts for large industrial construction, handling disputes, procurement, reporting.

Tasks

-Work with a repeat client. The process is in place to deliver an enjoyable and successful project -Financial monitoring and planning -Procurement; sourcing, negotiation and tracking -Prepare subcontractor documents -Preparing and presenting progress claims -Monthly preparation and presentation of project reports

What You Bring

-Experience with head contract and subcontract negotiation skills -Experienced Project and Site Manager -Adhere and value safety principles and practices -Relevant Contracts Admin experience -Previous use of Jobpac and Hammertech -Confidence in your abilities to communicate with Senior Management and subcontractors alike
