Admin support for HSE, handling data entry, training bookings, PPE, and site onboarding.

Tasks

-Uploading tickets, challenge tests and mobilisation compliance checks -Play a key role in shaping the growth and success of our projects -Coordinating training bookings with approved suppliers. -Welcoming new starters, providing a site introduction, camp walk arounds and arranging blue key and FOC card access -Preparing site notices, contact cards and KPI reporting displays -Entering tasks, workplace inspections and HSEQ events (incidents, hazard cards etc) into Oneway -Arranging PPE requirements inline with site safety guidelines

What You Bring

-MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights -Excellent organisational skills -General HSE data entry (updating registers from hard copies IE rigging/ladder register) -Related Health & Safety Qualification (desirable) -Previous experience in a HSE Administrator or Training Administrator role -Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel etc. -Ability to provide support across multiple departments -High level attention to detail
