Tasks

The Marine Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing marine process systems for offshore and floating production units (FPUs). This role involves ensuring compliance with international standards, supporting project execution, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe and efficient marine systems. -Coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure integration of marine systems. -Provide troubleshooting and optimization support during commissioning and operations. -Ensure designs meet IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, and class society requirements (ABS, DNV, Lloyd’s Register). -Conduct HAZOP and risk assessments for marine systems. -Prepare PFDs, P&IDs, and process calculations for marine systems. -Assist in vendor selection and review technical documentation. -Support FEED and detailed engineering phases for offshore projects. -Develop and review process designs for marine systems including ballast water, bilge, cooling water, and seawater treatment systems.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering. -10+ years of experience in marine process engineering for offshore platforms or FPUs/FPSOs -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Strong knowledge of marine systems and international regulations. -Previous involvement in FPSO/FPU projects. -Familiarity with Singapore shipyards and regional offshore projects. -Proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., HYSYS, Aspen Plus) and MS Office.
