The Role

Overview

Maintain, troubleshoot, and install automatic door systems for CBRE facilities

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Manage and maintain spare parts inventory and order necessary materials. -Ensure work adheres to safety regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain a safe working environment. -Assist with new installations, commissioning, and liaise with contractors, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards. -Provide excellent service, communicate effectively, and report issues to relevant personnel within the university and FM company. -Perform routine maintenance, diagnose/repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and respond to emergencies for all automatic door systems.

What You Bring

-Proficient in diagnosing issues. -Excellent problem-solving skills. -Basic IT skills -Proven experience as an Auto Door Engineer or similar role. -Possess a strong understanding of automatic door systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues
