Administer lease and accounting tasks, handling payments, data entry, and client liaison.

Tasks

-Administer accounts payable and receivable functions relating to rent, outgoings, and other property expenses. -Manage payment queries, complete outgoings reconciliations, and resolve payment disputes. -Manage change of landlord and payee details including validation and system updates. -Validation and review of lease documents. -Update and process data into relevant accounting and lease administration database. -General liaison with client and suppliers.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills. -Strong initiative and ability to adapt to new processes and willing to make improvements. -Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and the Microsoft Suite. -The ability to work independently, yet still work effectively as part of a team.
