Help clients buy/sell properties by valuing, marketing and completing sales.

Tasks

-Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards -Preparing brochures for each property with photos, and written descriptions -Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders -Supporting your manager by helping to lead the team -Completing contracts on properties -Gaining new instructions for properties to market -Upselling additional products -Canvassing the local area

What You Bring

-Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to the next step in their career -Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) -Ability to work under own initiative -Strong attention to detail -We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate -Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment -Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills -Door knocking and leaflet dropping -Proof of Address -Drivers Licence Check -Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) -Good telephone manner -Full UK Driving Licence -Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
