Tasks

-Responsible for reviewing new employee records to determine appropriate tax jurisdictions for payroll processing. -Provides high level of customer service while handling sensitive and confidential information. -Collaboration across various departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy of payroll processing. -Generate and distribute payroll-related reports to management, accounting, and HR departments as needed. -Responsible for producing payroll deduction files to process child support and garnishment transactions. -Accurate processing of payroll deductions such as 401(k) including weekly fund contributions, quarterly enrollment updates and year-end audits.

What You Bring

-Proven work experience processing payrolls, including collecting timesheets and inputting new hire, transfer and termination paperwork. -Minimum high school diploma/GED preferred and 3 years of payroll experience.
