Tasks

-Assist in the preparation of design graphics and technical drawings. -Collaborate with project team members across disciplines. -Under the direction of the Supervising Landscape Architect, may independently perform technical assignments of various complexities. -Play an active role in the design process from concept through construction.

What You Bring

-Experience with advanced visualization software and plugins (e.g. Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray). -Familiarity with Southern California native and climate-appropriate plant communities. -Strong interpersonal skills and excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication skills. -LEED GA/AP, SITES AP, or ENV SP credentials. -Experience with advanced modeling and analysis software (e.g. Revit, Grasshopper3D, ArcGIS). -Master's in landscape architecture. -Minimum of 1 year of professional landscape design experience. -Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or Landscape Architecture design from an accredited program. -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, hand drawing. -Proficiency in 3D modeling (Rhino3D). -Self-motivated and able to proactively solve challenges. -Experience preparing construction documents. -Desire and ability to integrate seamlessly into both landscape architecture and multi-disciplinary design teams.
