Tasks

-Translate functional requirements into technical epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with measurable outcomes. -Analyze usage data, feature adoption, and KPIs to inform roadmap evolution and continuous improvement. -Work with industry-leading technology and global enterprises -Lead telecom transformation initiatives focused on innovation and delivery excellence. -Drive API-first solution design and ensure interoperability across systems. -Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution in Agile/Scrum environments. -Conduct product demos, POCs, and release readiness reviews with internal and external stakeholders. -Contribute to client success through proactive risk management, communication, and delivery excellence. -Partner with architecture teams to evaluate system performance, scalability, and integration readiness. -Collaborate with talented professionals in an innovative, inclusive, and fast-growing environment -Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and DevOps to ensure on-time, high-quality product releases. -Act as the primary technical and product liaison with telecom clients, attending onsite meetings, workshops, and sprint reviews.

SEW is seeking a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with deep telecom domain experience to drive end-to-end product delivery across complex enterprise transformation programs. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives at the intersection of product management, system architecture, and client engagement. The Technical Product Manager will work closely with local telecom clients, engineering, and delivery teams to define product features, translate business objectives into technical requirements, and ensure seamless delivery of scalable, API-first telecom solutions. Regular onsite collaboration in the Phoenix area is required. Location: Phoenix, Arizona (Local candidates preferred) -Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. -5+ years of experience in Product or Technical Product Management, with at least 3 years in the telecom or wireless industry. -Familiarity with telecom CRM/Billing platforms such as Amdocs, NetSuits, Oracle BRM, or Ericsson. -Based in or willing to relocate to Phoenix, AZ, and available for regular onsite client interaction. -Strong knowledge of telecom BSS/OSS systems, including billing, rate plans, CRM, and subscriber management. -Exposure to customer self-service portals, rate plan and promotion engines, or digital payment solutions. -Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear business value propositions. -Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and DevOps CI/CD pipelines. -Demonstrated experience delivering SaaS, API-based, or cloud-native telecom products. -Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. -Experience with API management platforms and integration frameworks (Boomi, MuleSoft, Postman). -Proficiency with Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, and cross-functional team leadership. -Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data, KPIs, and user metrics for decision-making.
