Tasks

-Take ownership of the People Team Outlook mailbox and track follow-ups. -Coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep program tasks on track. -Support various teammate experience programs such as appreciation program, intranet management, work anniversaries, and birthdays. -Process submissions for teammate gifts, philanthropy matching programs, and volunteer hour tracking. -Provide general administrative support as needed. -Manage People Team calendars and schedule councils and key activities. -Draft internal communications related to People Team programs. -Assist with reporting, approvals, and other administrative tasks.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. -Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word. -Comfort working with data, reporting tools, or dashboards (or willingness to learn quickly). -Experience in an HR, program coordination, or teammate support role preferred. -Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and escalate issues when needed. -Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills. -Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project coordination. -Proven track record of detail-oriented work and follow-through.
