Tasks

-Preparation and planning before an event to facilitate efficiency while on the client's site. -Construction Foremans may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones(Nationwide) -Manage change in accordance with KHI priorities (client, efficiency, and safety). -Communicating the plan of action with team members and clients before work. -Debrief with the crew, management, and client to continuously find ways to get better. -Provide clients with consistent updates in person, via email, and online.

What You Bring

-Ability to work alongside the team in installing equipment -Ability to travel out of town 80% or more of the time -High School diploma, College degree preferred -Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and low-voltage systems -Ability to assess changes in the scope of a job and appropriately request a change order -Must be able to read blueprints and drawings. -Familiarity with hand and power tools -Use of Google Calendar -Understand building code basics for electrical, fire suppression, medical gas, etc… -Three years in leadership role desired -Ability to work in a crouched or kneeling position and confined spaces -Ability to read plans, decipher instructions and follow the scope of work -Word processing -Experience in and knowledge of the construction industry. -Ability to lift 70 pounds
