Lead and oversee multidisciplinary design project management for large-scale projects in Dubai.

Tasks

-Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large-scale, complex projects simultaneously -Drive innovation in project management practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project integration and delivery -Develop and implement project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices across the organization -Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement -Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and executive leadership -Implement and optimize project management tools and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness -Prepare and present comprehensive project status reports to executive management -Monitor project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes -Manage project portfolios, prioritizing resources and aligning projects with organizational goals

What You Bring

-Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop project teams -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively -Excellent strategic planning and decision-making abilities -Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities -15+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior project management role in a Lead Design Management in the GCC. -Experience working in diverse business sectors and adapting project management approaches accordingly -In-depth understanding of industry trends and best practices in project management -Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges -Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello) -Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects in the gcc -Strong skills in risk management, budgeting, and financial planning -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required -Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering or construction management related field; Master's degree preferred
