Tasks

-Establish Work Teams -Deliver Constructability Review, System Analysis, and Value Management -Manage Turnover or Transition Meetings -Create Subcontractor solicitation Lists -Assists in the RMP process -Develop Owner Deliverables; Estimate Summary, Estimate Detail, Clarifications -Attends client/design meetings -Develop Bid Strategies for Projects -Review all sub-lists with operations team members; Assist in complying with prequalification standards -Support operations team members in developing a job cost budget -Ensure Coverage on All Scopes of Work -Solicit Vendors -Review All Tab Sheets -Combine / Review Estimates -Lead Tab Sheet Review -Assist with Negotiating Subcontracts and Purchasing All Major Aspects of the Project -Make Assignments -Compile & Review all Take-Off and Pricing

Tiello has partnered with a top ENR General Contractor in Atlanta, Georgia who is looking for a Senior Preconstruction Estimator who has experience estimating major project and portfolios, valued at/above $100M+, per project. Your Right to Work - In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. -Ability to Utilize BIM for Quantity Take-Offs -Bachelor’s Degree- Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. May substitute required education degree with related experience on a one-to-one basis -8 years of industry experience
