Tasks

-Manage the bridge design project delivery to create an exemplary client experience to a wide variety of clients including the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) and cities & counties throughout the stat -Lead design and monitor task performance indicators, budgets, schedules, and contribute to management of risk -Lead the design and production of bridge plans for ODOT and local agency projects -Contribute towards the development of B&N’s Bridge Services marketing strategy that focuses on providing excellent repeat services to our current clients and expanding our client base -Coach junior level staff and collaborate with PE’s across the firm

What You Bring

-Experience with MicroStation or equivalent CAD software as well as bridge design software required -Great communication and team leadership skills -PE registration in the State of Oregon, or ability to be registered with reciprocity -Prior proposal development and client relationship management experience is desirable -Knowledge of OpenBridge Modeler a plus -10+ of related bridge design experience -Proficiency with Microsoft Office required -Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools -Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering from an ABET accredited engineering program
