  • Explains and interprets code and/or quality control regulations or requirements
  • Assists the inspection management team with business development

  • Maintains effective customer service relationship with clients and the public

  • Experience in quality assurance or control (QA or QC) and managing projects
  • 2+ years of experience performing field inspections on construction related projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current valid driver license

  • Recognizes, evaluates, and properly resolves unique problems or situations
  • State of Texas Plumbing Inspector license.
  • ICC Commercial/Residential certifications/license for multiple discipline as required (or ability to obtain).
  • Required: High School Diploma. Preferred: Associate's degree or beyond, preferably in a technical field
