Explains and interprets code and/or quality control regulations or requirements
Assists the inspection management team with business development
Prepares written and electronic reports and issues notices of correction
Maintains effective customer service relationship with clients and the public

Experience in quality assurance or control (QA or QC) and managing projects
2+ years of experience performing field inspections on construction related projects; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current valid driver license
Excellent customer service/problem solving skills
Recognizes, evaluates, and properly resolves unique problems or situations
State of Texas Plumbing Inspector license.
ICC Commercial/Residential certifications/license for multiple discipline as required (or ability to obtain).
Required: High School Diploma. Preferred: Associate's degree or beyond, preferably in a technical field

The starting salary range for this role is negotiable and subject to potential increases that are contingent on factors like experience, education, licenses, or certifications.
