Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or Engineering
Comprehend startup, commissioning, and integrated system testing scopes and how these processes impact equipment sourcing.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in preconstruction services or strategic sourcing, preferably with an MEP focus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate proficiency in purchase order and master agreement negotiation with both clients and suppliers. Subsequently, prepare and execute purchase orders after award.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Effective communication and presentation abilities, demonstrating a capacity to influence decisions of team members, partners, and customers
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
Ability to interpret single line diagrams, flow diagrams, and specifications for Data Center Projects
Negotiation and vendor management skills
Fundamental understanding of legal terms and conditions commonly found in purchasing agreements
