• Collaborate with site execution team to address technical queries and ensure design intent is achieved.
• Support in resolving design-related issues during pre-construction and construction stages.
• To act as a Design Coordinator and coordinate between the design team, concessionaire and PMC team for an ongoing project.

Requirements

Qualification: M. Tech (Structural Engineering)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to lead, coordinate, and manage the design and execution aspects of structural engineering works. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in structural design and hands-on experience in project execution, ensuring seamless integration between design intent and on-site implementation.

Experience of working as a Structural Design engineer.

Candidates with similar execution experience will be preferred.

• Detailed understanding of structural design drawings and construction methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in structural design software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, preferred).
• In-depth understanding of all structural design codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve technical conflicts effectively.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Understanding of the design prepared by the Design consultant and coordinate with the related stakeholders for seamless execution.
