-Educate customers on repair and replacement options -Uphold safety standards and plumbing codes -Accurately document all work through ServiceTitan -Customer Focus – putting homeowners and business clients first -Diagnose and repair plumbing issues for residential homes and light commercial buildings(fixtures, water heaters, piping, drains, etc.) -Deliver outstanding customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners, tenants, and business owners

What You Bring

-3–5 years of service plumbing experience (residential or light commercial) -Sense of Urgency – respecting customers’ time and emergencies -Ability to work flexible schedules (8–12 hr shifts, some weekends) -Stocked Warehouse & Parts Runners (7 days/week) -Technology Provided: iPad, phone -Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record -ServiceTitan or Nexstar experience a plus -Strong technical skills in repair and system maintenance -Clean background and periodic drug screening required
