Tasks

-Lead major bridge projects as a Project Director to deliver successful outcomes -Build and maintain relationships with key agency and contractor clients as well as potential collaborators -Bid and win bridge engineering work -Identify and position for major bridge opportunities in California and the Pacific Northwest -Collaborate with other Arup leaders to develop your gotomarket strategy

What You Bring

-20 or more years of experience successfully delivering major bridge projects as a design manager, project manager or project director -Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or similar field of engineering study -Alternative project delivery experience (e.g. design build / PPP / PDB / CMGC) -Experience building client relationships and winning work -Professional Engineering License
