Facilities Support Manager

Tasks

You’ll be part of a friendly, family-feel team, acting as the interface for employee and guest services, delivering day-to-day support while identifying opportunities to improve services. We’re looking for a Corporate Facilities Support Manager to be the main point of contact between building users and IFM, ensuring seamless service delivery, exceptional customer experience, and strong client liaison across the estate. -Setting up and preparing meeting rooms for internal and external use. -Ensuring a professional, welcoming, and organised environment at all times. -Supporting the organisation and setup of events. -Managing bookings, schedules, and room allocations efficiently. -Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records. -Assisting with IT setups and troubleshooting basic technical issues. -Reception and front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors and handling enquiries.

What You Bring

-Strong customer service skills with experience handling diverse client needs. -Previous management experience with proven leadership skills. -Knowledge of fire marshal procedures and health & safety compliance. -Ability to implement and maintain H&S policies and procedures. -Competent in overseeing teams and ensuring operational excellence. -IOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification. -Facilities management experience across multiple site types.
