Field Service Technician - Kansas (Company Vehicle)

Service & repair advanced water treatment systems, travel 80-90% across US/Canada.

Tasks

-Cultivate key customer relationships to interpret their needs and requirements -Bring unique solutions as needed to meet customer requirements and drive product improvements -Implementing LEAN thinking principles to enhance customer maintenance programs -Utilize fellow team members to efficiently and effectively service customers -Solve problems, evaluate systems and/or processes to isolate root causes, and implement corrective actions as required -Working with PLCs, specifically Allen Bradley, WAGO, and Siemens -Support customers from startup through the purchase of their next Trojan system

What You Bring

-Experience working with external Contractors and Engineers -Valid passport to travel to Canada. -Previous experience traveling for work. -Familiarity with gates and actuators -Valid Driver's License -Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and P&ID drawings -Knowledge of water treatment plant processes -Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Sales, and Operations to resolve site-specific issues -Travel approximately 80% to 90% of the time within the U.S., with occasional travel to Canada. You will be provided a company vehicle and may travel within the territory by vehicle or by plane, staying in company-approved hotels to ensure safety while supporting customers -3 to 5 years of Field Service experience
