Tasks
You’ll ensure financial accuracy, value delivery, and commercial efficiency while collaborating with senior stakeholders to support the successful delivery of these high-rise developments. Reporting directly to a Commercial Manager, you’ll take responsibility for key aspects of cost management, procurement, and contract administration across major work packages. -Work on flagship high-rise projects in prime London locations valued up to £300m. -Contribute to value engineering and cost-optimisation initiatives. -Assist with forecasting, reporting, and commercial risk management. -Ensure full compliance with company procedures and commercial best practice. -Lead procurement, tendering, subcontractor management, and contract administration. -Prepare and review valuations, variations, and cost/value reconciliations (CVRs). -Collaborate closely with project, design, and technical teams to achieve programme, quality, and financial objectives. -Support the Commercial Manager in overseeing project-wide commercial performance.
